A score out of 100 and the seven vitals under it: keystone, economics, retention, resilience, measurement, positioning and acquisition engine. The money leaking, priced from your own figures. Where what you told us and what we read disagree, the disagreement named, your words quoted exactly, and which side the evidence is on. Then a plan: what to do now, what next, what later, and the one number that will prove each move worked. Do what it says, come back, re-score.

Questions marketplaces and apps ask

We are two-sided. Does the questionnaire understand that?

It is built for it. It asks which side is constrained and how you know, what a new supply-side signup costs against a demand-side one, and it checks the answers against your ad account.

How is the score calculated?

By arithmetic, not by a model's opinion. Your answers and what we read from your accounts go into a fixed scoring law, so the same inputs always produce the same number. The writing around the score is AI-assisted; the score itself is not.

What if I do not track something?

Then say so. "I don't track this" is a first-class answer. The report lists it as unknown, tells you what knowing it would be worth, and names the number to start writing down.
