Marketing analysis

Marketing analysis that ends in a verdict, not a dashboard.

Is my marketing working? It is the question every small business owner asks, and most marketing analysis never answers it. It stops at charts. You get forty numbers and are left to decide what they mean. FatCat & Co. reads every channel you run, sets it against what you believe about your business, and tells you plainly what is working, what is leaking and what to do first.

What a marketing analysis should answer

A useful analysis answers four questions. Which channel is the business actually standing on? What does a customer cost against what a customer is worth? Where is money going out every month with nothing coming back? And which single change would move the most?

Dashboards answer none of these on their own, because each one shows a single platform's view of itself. The answers only appear when every channel is read together and checked against what the owner says is true.

How the analysis is judged

Your marketing is scored out of 100 across seven vitals. The score is fixed arithmetic over your answers and what your accounts show, so the same inputs always give the same number. The writing around it is AI-assisted; the score is not.

Where what you said and what your accounts show disagree, the report names the disagreement, quotes your words exactly, and says which side the evidence is on. Where something cannot be seen, it says so and prices what knowing it would be worth instead of guessing.

Questions about marketing analysis

What is marketing analysis?
Marketing analysis is reading what your marketing channels actually produce, such as reach, clicks, cost and customers, and judging whether it is working for the business. FatCat & Co. does this across Instagram, Meta ads, your website and your listings, then scores the result out of 100.
Can AI do a marketing analysis?
Yes, when it reads the real numbers first. FatCat reads your connected accounts and any files you upload, checks them against your own answers, and scores them with fixed arithmetic, so the result is grounded in your data rather than a model's guess.
How long does it take?
About fifteen minutes to answer the questions and connect what you have. The report comes back the same day.
Do I need to track my numbers first?
No. "I don't track this" is a first-class answer. The report marks it as unknown, says what knowing it would be worth, and names the number to start writing down.
