A score out of 100 and the seven vitals under it: keystone, economics, retention, resilience, measurement, positioning and acquisition engine. The money leaking, priced from your own figures. Where what you told us and what we read disagree, the disagreement named, your words quoted exactly, and which side the evidence is on. Then a plan: what to do now, what next, what later, and the one number that will prove each move worked. Do what it says, come back, re-score.

Questions local and physical businesses ask

I do not run any ads. Is this still for me?

Yes. Most local businesses do not, and the score does not need them. Your Google listing and your feed are read directly, and the plan starts with what you already have.

How is the score calculated?

By arithmetic, not by a model's opinion. Your answers and what we read from your accounts go into a fixed scoring law, so the same inputs always produce the same number. The writing around the score is AI-assisted; the score itself is not.

What if I do not track something?

Then say so. "I don't track this" is a first-class answer. The report lists it as unknown, tells you what knowing it would be worth, and names the number to start writing down.
