What we collect

Your email address (to sign you in), the answers you type into the audit questionnaire, any files you choose to upload, and the reports we generate from them. We also record which questions you viewed or skipped and any feedback you give on report sections — we use this only to improve the product.

What we do with it

Your answers are scored by our own deterministic engine, and short excerpts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the narrative sections of your report. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider and does not train models on it. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage) in the United States (N. Virginia). If you are in the EU/UK, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses via our processors' data processing agreements.

Who can see it

You. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your account. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can read the rendered report only — never your answers — and you can revoke it at any time.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete everything removes your projects, answers, uploads, reports, share links, and feedback, immediately and irreversibly. This is the full GDPR right to erasure, built into the product.
