Deleting your data

There are three different things you might want to delete, and each one is a single action inside the product. None of them require you to contact us.

1 · Disconnect a connected account

Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token and every record of which Pages, Instagram accounts or ad accounts that login shared with us, and it revokes the permission with Meta itself, so we could not read your accounts again even if we wanted to. You can also remove FatCat & Co. from Facebook's own settings, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.

2 · Delete one score and everything attached to it

Open the score, then Documents to remove uploaded files, or delete the draft from your dashboard. Removing a file removes what we read from it.

3 · Delete everything, permanently

Settings → Delete everything. This removes your projects, questionnaire answers, uploaded files, generated reports and packs, share links, tracker entries, connected-account records and feedback. It is immediate and irreversible, it ends any Meta connection and revokes it at Meta, and it leaves nothing behind that could be restored.

If you cannot sign in

Email ishan718@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for deletion. We will confirm the account and delete it within 30 days, usually the same week, and write back when it is done.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you. Once a deletion runs, what remains is anonymous, aggregate operational counts, such as how many scores were generated in a month, which cannot be traced back to a person or a business. If a payment has been made, our payment processor keeps its own transaction record for as long as tax law requires, which is outside our control and applies to them, not to us.
