FatCat & Co. is operated by IAHNH Rental Solutions Private Limited. These terms are between you and that company.

What this is

FatCat & Co. generates a marketing score, a report and an AI Context Pack from the answers you provide. The scores are computed by a deterministic engine; narrative text is AI-written under strict validation. It is informational analysis, not financial, legal, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of business results.

Your side of the deal

Answer honestly (the report is only as good as its inputs), upload only files you have the right to share, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. One account per person.

What we read in public

Besides the accounts you connect, we read public surfaces you point us to: your website, your YouTube channel, your Google Business listing, your App Store listing, your LinkedIn company page, the LinkedIn profile you paste as the founder's, and your Instagram profile when the account is not connected. Public reads go through a data provider (Apify) at the exact addresses you give, never by searching for you, and the report labels each of them "read publicly". A founder profile is read only when you paste it or your own site links to it and it names your business.

Our side

We show our work: every number in your report traces to your answers or to a named benchmark. When the system can't assess something honestly, it says so instead of guessing.

What is free and what is paid

Creating an account, answering the questions, connecting your accounts, uploading files and keeping your trackers is free, for as many businesses as you run. Every score is paid, before it is generated: 45 USD for a first score of a business and 25 USD for a re-score of the same business. Prices are shown at checkout and may change; the price you paid is the price you paid.

Refunds

If a score you paid for is not delivered, your payment is released automatically so you can generate again at no charge, or you may ask for a full refund within 7 days and receive it. A delivered score is a finished piece of work, produced at real cost, and is not refundable. If you believe your report is wrong, write to us; any remedy, a re-run or in rare cases a refund, is at our sole discretion. Please write to us before raising a dispute with your card issuer; we answer within two working days.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Business decisions you make from the report are yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
